Completed - The scheduled maintenance has been completed.

In progress - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.

Scheduled - Our app and online banking will be temporarily unavailable on Sunday 11th February from 12:30am to 5:30am (Sydney time) while we undertake some planned maintenance activities.

During this time, customers can still make payments using their debit card or digital wallet, and withdraw cash from ATMs.

If you’re looking to join ubank, you’ll be able to sign up once we’re back up and running.
